Bathed in the Night
A girl and a cat wait out the apocalypse in a New York City apartment, until a lone light draws her out, leading her to face the darkest parts of the dystopian city below on a journey to face her fears.
Directed, Edited & Produced by Michael Pizzano
Director’s Note: I wanted this film to show the effects of loss, isolation, and paranoia on a woman who knows she can never return to the life she once had. It was also an incredible challenge to make NYC feel post-apocalyptic on a minimal budget. I am proud to say we were successful. This story is part of a Feature that is in development.
